Final Postage Date For Christmas
Our recommended final shopping date for Christmas 2022 is end of Monday 12th December, as recommended by Royal Mail, due to the planned Royal Mail staff strike action on 14th, 15th, 23rd and 24th December. We have extended the returns period for all online orders from 14 November, 2022. Orders from 14th November can be returned up to 14 January, 2023.
The ongoing strike action of Royal Mail staff is causing significant disruption to the delivery of orders placed with Pineapple. There will be extended delivery times (up to 10 days) and also impact to the Royal Mail tracking system resulting in order tracking not being up to date. These are factors out of our control.
Opening Times Over The Holidays
During Christmas we have special opening hours for the dance studios and fashion store.
Pineapple Dance Studios:
Closed from 24th to 26th December 2022
Open as normal from 27th to 31st December 2022
Closed from 1st to 2nd January 2023
Open as normal from 3rd January 2023
Pineapple Store:
Open 10am – 4pm on 24th December 2022
Closed from 25th to 26th December 2022
Open 11am – 6pm on 27th December 2022
Open as normal 10am – 7pm from 28th to 30th December
Open 10am – 4pm on 31st December 2022
Closed on 1st January 2023
Open 11am – 6pm on 2nd January 2023
