Flippin’ tasty pancake recipe!
These pancakes are so simple & being SUGAR FREE, GLUTEN FREE & DIARY FREE you can indulge & still have abs as flat as a pancake!
Ingredients:
1 banana & 2 eggs
Yep - that’s it!
Method
Mash the bananas
Add the eggs
Whisk the two ingredients together
Heat a non stick pan & add a teaspoon of coconut oil
Add a dollop of pancake batter into the pan
Cook for 30 seconds, then flip & cook for 30 seconds on the otherside
Stack them high & serve warm with whatever tasty toppings take your fancy! Nut butter, fresh fruit, natural yogurt, desiccated coconut, chopped nuts & seeds or a swirl of cheeky maple syrup!
